Rising to global attention in 2021 through viral performances that sparked the “Wellerman” phenomenon, they quickly evolved from an online moment into a fully realised live act with a dedicated international fanbase.

Since then, the group have steadily expanded their sound beyond their viral origins, blending East Coast American folk sensibilities with British musicianship and theatrical performance energy. Following 2 critically acclaimed albums, their 2026 EP “1778” marked a key step in this evolution, followed by a successful US tour that further established them as a compelling live act on both sides of the Atlantic.
