About

Salisbury Medieval Hall is the ‘Great Hall’ of the original 13th century Deanery of Salisbury Cathedral.

The Hall was then restored in 1963.

In 1983, the building passed into our hands and has been an iconic and respected venue for public and private events ever since.

Whilst honouring the hall's rich history we recognised the need to move with the times, so in 2020 we installed a suite of technology to support live streaming capability.

We are a truly unique event space - where history meets contemporary.

For a medieval setting, The Hall is surprisingly well equipped and technologically up to date. The hirer can expect a great deal of help and assistance in the planning and preparation for their event.
